Redundancy is an unpleasant process, and one most businesses try to avoid. Unfortunately, there are times when it’s inevitable. Now is one of those times.

When it does happen, it’s important that each business makes the whole thing as caring as possible and does what it can to help those affected – including those that are to remain.

THE COURSE

The half-day course is designed to encourage and instil positivity at a particularly negative time. A series of quick tasks and role-plays will be used to reinforce the message that there is a job out there for everyone. The format is not rigid as circumstances will dictate what’s required – that’s the flexibility Right Outcome is able to offer.
